Welcome, I'm Heather, an executive coach with over 15 years of experience, supporting teams, leaders, and organizations through meaningful growth. My work combines my extensive experience in leadership development, education, and strategic business advisory services. Whether I'm coaching executives through complex change, developing a culturally grounded curriculum, or building scalable solutions with tech teams, my focus stays the same: supporting people to unlock what's already within them and move forward with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
My approach is rooted in people-centred and values-driven coaching. Over the years, I've worked across various sectors, including business, education, and government, on everything from strategic planning and curriculum design to organizational development. I believe education is a right, not a privilege. I teach Strategic Systems at Royal Roads University in the Professional Management, Communication, and Sport Leadership programs, where I seek to bridge theory and practice to support emerging leaders.
Beyond academia, I facilitate strategic planning for organizations across sectors and continents. My most recent work includes co-facilitating a global gathering of nonprofits addressing sex- and gender-based violence (SGBV) across the Global South.
